Rainbows
Rainbows are girls aged between 5 and 7 who take part in indoor and outdoor activities as part of their programme called the Rainbow Jigsaw (Rainbows Look, Learn, Laugh, Love). Their meetings are full of games and activities which provide challenging opportunities for Rainbows to think for themselves and take an active part in unit decision-making.

Rainbows meet in Kilbarchan on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
Brownies Brownies are girls aged between 7 and 10 who take part in indoor and outdoor activities that challenge them to do their best. Brownies belong to a Pack and work in small groups called Sixes. This gives each girl a group of ready-made friends to take care of her. Their meetings are action-packed, full of games and activities, usually ones that the Brownies have suggested themselves. Guides are girls aged between 10 and 15 who learn new skills, make new friends and help others. Each Guide is encouraged to achieve her own personal goals through a progressive programme with the opportunity to work for a wide variety of badges. Guides work together in Patrols, groups of four to eight girls, providing a ready-made group of friends and helping the girls to feel that they belong to something special. The Trefoil Guild enables women to maintain links with guiding and to enjoy activities in an adult context, whilst still supporting guiding worldwide and providing support to Girlguiding UK.
